Denver is a fast-growing city with a lot of things to love. Thousands of people are moving to Denver every month with hopes of finding opportunity, fun, and a better life. But if there’s a word that I think describes the experience for many people who live here and are looking for those things in the life of the city, it would be “disappointed”.
A life that centers on yourself can only deliver what you can deliver. And those results are pretty predictable. Denver has become a city in desperate need of hope.
We believe that the church has an unbelievable opportunity to reach people with the hope of Jesus, develop and empower the next generation for kingdom work, and build a community that’s based on impact across cultural and societal lines.

The 3 year vision
The first three years are critical for any church plant. Our strategy is built for long-term impact.
1. Build a Strong Team
Big visions require dynamic teams. Healthy churches require healthy leadership. Investing in staff ensures we build depth, not just momentum.
2. Invest in Gen Z
Our dream is to start a church with residents within the first three years. This will allow us to bring Gen Z voices to our ministry efforts and send young leaders into vocational ministry.
3. Secure a Dynamic Ministry Space
In our first three years, we aim to secure a dynamic space that allows us to host ministry and community events well and give us a visible presence in the city. This may begin with portable solutions, but our goal is to establish a stable, strategic location that helps us move from survival to sustainability.
4. Purchase High-Quality Equipment
To create engaging environments that draw in unchurched people, we need to invest in equipment for our immediate and distant future. This includes environments for kids and families.
